The most important question I will ask you...

Imagine this-

You get ready for your trip – You reserved your room and have an itinerary planned with sightseeing, great food, and great people.

You packed snacks, made sure the gas tank was full, your bags are in the trunk, you have a special music playlist created for the road and even made sure you left your house clean so you can enjoy it when you come back.

So exciting!

You get behind the wheel, tap your phone, tap on your favorite navigation app (I’m a Waze person myself). What’s on the screen? A question-

“WHERE TO?” Even when you started planning your trip, your first question was- “WHERE TO?”

When I work on creating a training session for leaders and employees, an educational session for summer camp professionals or any other crowd, or invited to give a lecture in a university, the first question I ask is-“WHERE TO?” – what our end goal with this session is. Once I have the answer, we can start planning, and get you to where you want to go.

You can think of me as a navigation system if you’d like, always starting with the destination in mind.

So, where do you want to go?
